Terms and Conditions

Effective August 21, 2026 · Version 2026-08-21

Please review these terms before creating your Wisely account.

These terms explain what Wisely does and what we expect from people who use it. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. What Wisely is

Wisely is a personal finance tracker. It helps you record transactions, wallets, budgets, goals, repeating payments, and money you owe or expect to receive.

Wisely is not a bank, payment service, accounting firm, or financial adviser. It does not move money between real accounts.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate account information and keep it updated.
  • Use a password that you do not use for banking, email, or social media.
  • Do not share your sign-in code or let another person use your account.
  • Tell us at itsteamwisely@gmail.com if you think someone accessed your account.

3. Your records

You are responsible for checking the dates, amounts, categories, and balances you save. Wisely's calculations depend on the information you enter.

The receipt scanner prepares a draft. Text and totals can be read incorrectly, so review the draft before saving it.

4. Fair use

Do not use Wisely to break the law, access another person's account, upload harmful files, disrupt the service, or test its security without written permission.

5. Availability

We work to keep Wisely available, but maintenance, hosting problems, updates, or events outside our control may interrupt it. Keep copies of records you cannot afford to lose.

6. Account action

We may restrict an account that is used to harm the service or other users. We will act reasonably and notify the account holder when practical.

You may request account deletion by emailing us from your registered address. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

7. Limits

Wisely is provided as a tracking tool. To the extent allowed by law, the Wisely Team is not responsible for a financial decision, missed payment, tax filing, or loss caused by incorrect user-entered or scanner-read information.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Changes

If these terms change in an important way, we will update the version and show a notice before asking users to accept the new terms.

9. Contact
